30-Minute Chicken Fajitas
I haven't posted a recipe for a while because I usually find something that looks interesting to make then tweak it quite a bit to make it, in my opinion, better.
That said, we found ourselves in the mood for fajitas this week and I wanted to break away from using the seasoning packets and simmer sauce because they never come anywhere near restaurant quality fajitas. I stumbled across thiis recipe and this is one of the few times I have to say it was delicious right out of the gate so I am just going to post the link to the recipes and say "WELL DONE! Isabel Eats!
The only thing I added was some tequila at the finish line.
I would go out on a limb and say you could substitute beef or make it a combo.
